The staff was pleasant, offered wake up calls and ironing free of charge. The location was great and peaceful, at a short distance from Pirin Street. Besides, it was near both the gondola and the town as well as the ski lift...

Great and convenient location near Snow Peaks Sports Complex. the brand-new, modern room was accompanied by a decently sized bathroom. - the staff were polite and accommodating to all guests. - An absolutely great hotel, my top pick in Bansko.

Our room had a sofa bed, central heating, and an iron. the hotel's location was wonderful, close to the center, ski lift, and main high street. - the staff was nice and created a quiet atmosphere.

The host was helpful and were really nice too assist us, even lending us her own car. The apartment was clean, with a great view and sufficient heat. The bedroom was bright and comfortable, and the towels and sheets were replaced. The location was ideal, being close to the city center and gondola.

The owner was helpful and friendly, great to check in after hours and even accommodating our change in travel plans without any extra charge. I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place.

Guest House Ela is my go-to place in Bansko. The staff helped my elderly parents with a smile. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, 24-hour security, fitness center, jacuzzi. Coming back for the weekend. I love it! No pets or smoking.

The hotel was very clean and modern, with a friendly and helpful staff. I loved the location, just a short walk from the gondola and with a supermarket nearby. The private parking was also a plus, and the free Wi-Fi worked perfectly.

That the parking spaces were limited and could be a bit tight. , the breakfast options were not very extensive, but it was enough to start the day.

Had a cozy Christmas stay near the ski lift which was just a short walk away. the spacious room was a plus, with a comfy bed and a modern TV where we could watch movies from our USB drive. the parking area was great and we appreciated the room for keeping our ski equipment.

The Wi-Fi signal was a bit unstable in our room.

Had a lovely stay in a guest house. Free shuttle service was a plus. Enjoyed the activities in the area. Maximum occupancy was a relief, don't need too many children running around.

Oh, just loved having to pay extra for using the spa facilities. What a treat!
